Appointment to this position requires proof of enrolment in a registered Anaesthetic Training Programme.

About the Role
The Anaesthetic Trainee is responsible for preparing the anaesthetic environment and is required to be present during the induction and maintenance for all elective and emergency anaesthetic procedures
The Anaesthetic Trainee will remain under the immediate supervision of the Anaesthetist, Anaesthetic Healthcare Practitioner Mentor, the Daily Anaesthetic Supervisor and the Manager Anaesthetic Healthcare Practitioner.
Prepare and maintain equipment in accordance with departmental policy and manufacturers guidelines for maintenance, consumable supplies and auditing processes
Demonstrate initiative and participate as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all patient needs are met.
