Your new company
A niche Global Pharmaceutical business with expanding operations in Australia and NZ is currently looking to appoint a new HR and Officer Manager or HR Generalist to support their staff and leaders in Sydney. With a diverse workforce and a strong presence in Australia, this is a varied role combining all HR activities as well as Office Management.
Your new role
With a client group circa 100 employees, this position will cover a variety of tasks in a stand alone capacity, reporting to the Directors of the business locally and partnering with APAC.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- HR processes and policy reviews
- HR reporting
- Development of recruitment processes and procedures; performance management; ER/IR issues
- Career planning and talent management
- Facilitating staff training programs
- HR compliance and administration
- Compensation & benefits
- Organisation development
- Office management and administration tasks and lots of stakeholder management
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a strong HR Generalist who has worked in an SME environment with a global reach. You will be experience in managing office administration also in a previous role and be happy to have a very varied and busy role. You will ideally be fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
What you'll get in return
The salary for this position is $90,000$100,000 + super and this is a stand alone position in Sydney on a permanent basis with full time hours.
